UX Lead

The World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) is seeking a highly skilled UX Lead to join its Digital Initiatives Unit within the Information and Communication Technology Department in Geneva, Switzerland. This position plays a pivotal leadership role in standardizing and elevating user research, interaction design, and user-centered strategies across WIPO's global digital ecosystem and IP Portal applications. The successful candidate will oversee WIPO's organization-wide UX framework, establishing methodologies that embed continuous user research into agile product development processes. Responsibilities include advising cross-functional teams, managing external design consultants, and leveraging modern AI-driven analytics to measure user satisfaction and organizational outcomes. The post offers an initial 2-year fixed-term appointment (up to 5 years maximum cumulative length) at the P4 grade level. Candidates must bring a strong background in digital product design, proven leadership experience in managing large-scale initiatives, and excellent communication skills.
