Roster - Cybersecurity Programme Consultant

The International Telecommunication Union (ITU) Telecommunication Development Bureau (BDT) is seeking qualified experts to join its Consultant Roster for the Cybersecurity Programme. Specifically supporting the 'Her CyberTracks initiative'—a global cybersecurity capacity-building program aimed at enhancing policy and technical skills for women across more than 100 countries—consultants will drive the effective scaling, delivery, and monitoring of regional and international initiatives. Selected consultants will be responsible for planning and facilitating virtual workshops, delivering tailored training materials on cyber hygiene and resilience, conducting policy research, and developing strategic communications. Candidates must possess at least one year of experience in international development project coordination, research, or event facilitation, alongside an advanced command of English.
