Roster - Consultants for capacity and digital skills development

The International Telecommunication Union (ITU) Telecommunication Development Bureau is establishing a dedicated roster of qualified consultants to advance digital skills and capacity-building initiatives globally. Successful applicants will contribute to international digital inclusion efforts by researching emerging ICT trends, developing comprehensive instructional materials, and assessing educational needs across Member States. Candidates must possess an advanced university degree in information technology, international development, telecommunications, or a related field, alongside at least five years of professional experience. Selected experts will deliver live and self-paced training programs, evaluate project impacts, and formulate strategic frameworks aligned with ITU Academy standards. This home-based consultancy offers flexible global involvement with daily rates structured according to experience level.
